In working with the Florida Attorney General's office, both Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd and Carnival Corporation & PLC have voluntarily agreed to eliminate their fuel supplement on bookings made prior to the announcement of the fuel surcharges in November 2007.

Azamara	Guests booked before November 16, 2007, who have paid the fuel supplement and have taken their cruise will receive a refund through the form of payment used to purchase their sailing.	Guests booked before November 16, 2007, who have paid the fuel supplement and have not yet departed on their cruise will receive their refund as an onboard credit during their sailing.	Guests booked before November 16, 2007 and who have not made final payment on their reservation, the fuel supplement will be removed from their reservation prior to final payment being processed.	The fuel supplement remains in place for bookings made on or after November 16, 2007
Carnival	Guests booked before November 7, 2007, departing on cruises on or prior to April 4, 2008, will receive a refund in the same form they used to purchase their cruise.	Guests booked before November 7, 2007, departing on cruises from April 5, 2008 through June 23, 2008, will receive an onboard credit.	Guests booked before November 7, 2007 departing on cruises on or after June 24, 2008, will have bookings adjusted to eliminate the fuel supplement.	Guests booked before November 7, 2007 and who have not made final payment on their reservation, the fuel supplement will be removed from their reservation prior to final payment being processed.	The fuel supplement remains in place for bookings made on or after November 7, 2007.
Celebrity	Guests booked before November 16, 2007, who have paid the fuel supplement and have taken their cruise will receive a refund through the form of payment used to purchase their sailing.	Guests booked before November 16, 2007, who have paid the fuel supplement and have not yet departed on their cruise will receive their refund as an onboard credit during their sailing.	Guests booked before November 16, 2007 and who have not made final payment on their reservation, the fuel supplement will be removed from their reservation prior to final payment being processed. Costa	Guests booked before November 7, 2007, departing on cruises on or prior to April 4, 2008, will receive a refund in the same form they used to purchase their cruise.	Guests booked before November 7, 2007, departing on cruises from April 5, 2008 through June 23, 2008, will receive an onboard credit.	Guests booked before November 7, 2007 departing on cruises on or after June 24, 2008, will have bookings adjusted to eliminate the fuel supplement.	Guests booked before November 7, 2007 and who have not made final payment on their reservation, the fuel supplement will be removed from their reservation prior to final payment being processed.	The fuel supplement remains in place for bookings made on or after November 7, 2007.
Cunard	Guests booked before November 7, 2007, departing on cruises on or prior to April 4, 2008, will receive a refund in the same form they used to purchase their cruise.	Guests booked before November 7, 2007, departing on cruises from April 5, 2008 through June 23, 2008, will receive an onboard credit.	Guests booked before November 7, 2007 departing on cruises on or after June 24, 2008, will have bookings adjusted to eliminate the fuel supplement.	If you booked before November 7, 2007 and who have not made final payment on their reservation, the fuel supplement will be removed from their reservation prior to final payment being processed.	The fuel supplement remains in place for bookings made on or after November 7, 2007.
Holland America	Guests booked before November 7, 2007, departing on cruises on or prior to April 4, 2008, will receive a refund in the same form they used to purchase their cruise.	Guests booked before November 7, 2007, departing on cruises from April 5, 2008 through June 23, 2008, will receive an onboard credit.	Guests booked before November 7, 2007 departing on cruises on or after June 24, 2008, will have bookings adjusted to eliminate the fuel supplement.	Guests booked before November 7, 2007 and who have not made final payment on their reservation, the fuel supplement will be removed from their reservation prior to final payment being processed.	The fuel supplement remains in place for bookings made on or after November 7, 2007.
Princess Cruises	Guests booked before November 7, 2007, departing on cruises on or prior to April 4, 2008, will receive a refund in the same form they used to purchase their cruise.	Guests booked before November 7, 2007, departing on cruises from April 5, 2008 through June 23, 2008, will receive an onboard credit.
